We kicked things off with a 3.5-hour Appreciative Inquiry workshop designed specifically for their leadership team. Instead of dwelling on problems, we shifted the focus to what is possible, moving from problem-centric thinking to opportunity-oriented thinking.
Then we moved through the 5-D Cycle: Define, Discover, Dream, Design, and Deliver. Leaders shared positive experiences, envisioned their ideal future together, and co-created practical strategies to get there. The result? A shared vision and a clear path forward that everyone helped build.
